Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to quality assurance, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Whatwe'relooking for(Selection Criteria)The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in road network surveillance, maintenance auditing, and quality assurance within a road asset management or infrastructure environment.
You will possess a strong understanding of road maintenance requirements, including OH&S;, traffic management, environmental compliance, and the Road Management Act/Plan.You will be a collaborative leader with the ability to mentor and develop others, coordinate surveillance activities, provide sound technical advice, and resolve operational issues.
Strong judgement, problem solving skills, and experience using asset management systems and maintenance applications will be essential.
