You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, contractor performance, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance and asset management systems,
while supporting practical, resident-focused property outcomes.Make an impact you will feel proud of.What You'll Bring10+ years' facilities management experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living, accommodation, commercial property or another regulated environmentStrong technical understanding of building services including: HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety, nurse call, security, access control and building fabricExperience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor works, asset condition information and facility risksConfidence interpreting technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications, compliance certificates and service documentationStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholdersCurrent driver's licence, right to work in Australia and ability to travel between sites as requiredWhy Our People Love RegisWe care - for our residents and for you.
