Role: Cyber Change Manager

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change management activities across a multi-year cyber security program—driving adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes across both ICT and operationally critical environments.
You will lead end-to-end change activities across multiple cyber initiatives, partnering with the Program Manager, Project Managers, business leaders and SMEs to ensure people impacts are identified, managed and embedded.
Responsibilities
Developing and deliveringchange strategiesacross the program portfolioBuilding and executingstakeholder engagement plans(including exec-level stakeholders)Creatingcommunication plansand translating cyber concepts for non-technical audiencesDesigningtraining / learning approachesand coordinating deliveryLeadingbusiness readinessactivities (impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, change risk assessments)Defining and trackingadoption measuresand reinforcement plansFacilitating workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultationsReporting on readiness, adoption and change effectiveness
Qualifications




10+ yearsdelivering organisational change outcomes in large, complex organisationsDemonstrated experience supporting or leading change withinCyber Security programsStrong understanding ofcyber security concepts, threats and controlsProven ability to influence leaders and guide stakeholders through complex changeExcellent written/verbal communication and solid facilitation skillsExperience applying recognised change frameworks (e.g.Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management, or similar)A recognisedChange Management certification(e.g.Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent)
Desirable
Experience inregulated industries/ critical infrastructure environmentsExperience in large-scale program governance and multi-stream delivery
