This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm-lead sales environment with comprehensive training and a genuine work-life balance through a four-day working week.About the RoleAs a Wardrobe & Cabinetry Sales Consultant, you will work with homeowners to design customised wardrobe and storage solutions tailored to their needs, lifestyle and budget.You will be provided with pre-qualified appointments across Sydney, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, understanding customer requirements,



and converting opportunities into sales.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend pre-booked appointments with homeownersConsult with clients to understand their storage and cabinetry requirementsDesign practical and customised wardrobe and storage solutionsPrepare and present quotations during appointmentsBuild strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding serviceWork closely with internal production and design teamsAchieve individual and team sales targetsAbout YouTrade qualification in Joinery or Cabinet Making is requiredIdeally you will have some sales experience with a solid track record of achieving resultsExcellent communication and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clientsStrong organisational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedCurrent manual driver's licenceWhat's on Offer$100k + Super base salary with a competitive commission packageCompany vehicle provided and a 4-day working week - Friday's off!
