With a collaborative culture and a diverse stakeholder group, their team works across multiple industries to deliver vibrant, high-profile events throughout the year.About the RoleReporting to the Executive General Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Manager is a hands‐on operational HR leader responsible for the end‐to‐end employee lifecycle and delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.Implementing People & Culture strategies and initiatives across the businessManaging recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee transitionsProviding trusted HR advice to leaders and employeesFacilitating the fortnightly payroll process and ensuring compliance requirements are metSupporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiativesDriving continuous improvement across HR systems and processesAbout SuccessTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and collaborative HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will bring robust operational capability, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach,
while confidently partnering with leaders across the business.Deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiencesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsMaintain accurate and compliant payroll and HR processesEnhance employee engagement and capabilityAbout YouYou are an experienced HR generalist with relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
You are organised, resilient and comfortable balancing operational priorities with broader people initiatives.Demonstrated experience in a similar HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner roleStrong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment legislationExperience managing end‐to‐end recruitment and employee relations mattersExposure to payroll administration and governanceExcellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsHRIS experience and continuous improvement mindset, ideally ELMOA current Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)About Culture & BenefitsYou'll be joining a purpose-driven organisation with a proud heritage and a strong commitment to celebrating communities, delivering premier events and creating vibrant experiences.
