Aurecon's Program Performance team is experiencing significant growth across Australia, and we're looking for proactive early careers Project Management professionals to join our Adelaide business.
This is your chance to be part of high-impact projects that make a real difference - while building your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.You will:Support the delivery of infrastructure and capital works projects from planning through to deliveryAssist with project governance, reporting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordinationPrepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, meeting minutes and project documentationUndertake analysis and problem solving to support project outcomes and client decision makingBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholdersContribute to workshops, meetings and project communicationsManage assigned tasks and workstreams effectively to meet project time, cost and quality requirementsDemonstrate a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, seeking feedback and continuously developing capabilityWhat you'll bringAt Aurecon, we believe diversity of experience brings diverse thinking.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can demonstrate strong project management experience and a passion for infrastructure.Ideally,
you will have:2 - 5 years' experience working in a Project Administration, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager capacityExperience working within engineering, construction, consulting, Defence or government environments is highly regardedExperience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience working in these fields.Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
