Finance Manager – Multi-Site Bakery Group Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys developing financial strategies, managing cash flow, reducing costs and making sound investment decisions?
As a growing multi-site bakery group, we are looking for someone who can take a hands-on approach to strengthening our financial performance and supporting long-term profitability.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting and focuses on driving business outcomes through strategic financial management.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce is preferred, as we require someone who can provide high-level financial insight while working closely with owners to guide the business toward sustainable growth.
Salary: Guaranteed base salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 per annum + superannuation, determined based on experience, qualifications and skills.
KHODR PTY LTD is a growing bakery group operating seven retail branches across Melbourne.
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the business and support sustainable growth, profitability and future expansion.
This is a key role working closely with the owners, responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance and providing strategic financial insights across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Develop,



implement and review financial and accounting strategies, policies and plans across the business
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for all branches, including sales, costs and operational expenses
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business performance and funding decisions
Oversee accounting systems and processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, payroll and supplier payments
Oversee and manage preparation of financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports
Monitor key financial indicators and identify opportunities to improve profitability and cost efficiency
Assess capital expenditure, investment opportunities and financial viability of new projects
Ensure compliance with Australian taxation requirements and accounting standards
Liaise with external accountants, financial institutions and advisers
About You
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance, Commerce or related field (Applicants with Master's Degree or PhD will be highly considered)
Proven experience in financial management, strategies, managing cash flow, reducing costs and making budgeting and sound business decision is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with accounting software such as Xero or MYOB
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site business workplace
