The pipeline is already secured, so there's no expectation to chase new business but deal with the incoming instructions from long-standing clients, including developers and builders.You'll have flexibility to work from home and also operate within business core hrs; this means if you happen to be someone who has children, or just have appointments you need to attend, you are fully allowed to do school drop-offs and pick-ups provided you are doing core hrs and making up the remainder at home.




Vehicles are also used for full personal use as documented in your contract.Licensed Surveyor DutiesPreparing accurate survey plans, drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsPreparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portalLiaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metProviding expert advice and guidance on surveying-related mattersAttending sites, supervising field teams at times, checking survey cardsMentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise once on boardLicensed Surveyor Experience & SkillsLicensed Surveyor in Australia, or very close to completing PTAStrong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilities
