Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated
In office Cleaning Manager
to work alongside and oversee our cleaning teams and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations across construction sites.
You will lead cleaning teams, maintain quality standards, coordinate resources, and work closely with builders and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cleaning teams while working alongside them on-site
Undertake builders cleans and final handover cleans to the highest standard
Clean internal and external glazing, including detailed window cleaning
Complete detailed cleaning of joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings
Vacuum, mop and detail all floor finishes, ensuring presentation-ready results
Remove construction dust, stickers, silicone residue and other building debris
Conduct quality assurance inspections prior to project handover
Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors and project managers
Train, mentor and support team members to maintain company standards




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Manage cleaning equipment, consumables and site requirements
Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining productivity and quality
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience managing cleaning teams
Experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail
Current White Card
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport to be used every day to help transport products and materials when and if required.
Ability to lead by example and work alongside your team
Strong commitment to safety and quality
