We are currently seeking an experienced
Shift Electrician
to join our
Manufacturing & Maintenance
team.
You will play a key role in maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and ensuring plant operations run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across manufacturing plant and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery.
Work with PLC-controlled equipment, AC/DC drives and automated systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Complete fault finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.




Follow all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures.
Participate in shift handovers and maintenance reporting.
What You Bring to the Team
Current Electrical Trade Qualification (A-Grade Electrical Licence).
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance or Shift Electrician within a manufacturing environment.
Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with PLCs, automated equipment and variable speed drives.
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
