Who we are :
Technical Maintenance Support are an independently owned and operated progressive company based in Geraldton, Perth and Kalgoorlie Western Australia.
The role :
Due to an increased workload, we are on the lookout for an experienced and highly skilled Shutdown Coordinator on a 2:2 roster .
If you are a motivated Coordinator with a high level of knowledge in the fixed plant equipment shutdown space we look forward to hearing from you.
This position is employed on a full time basis, with ongoing weekly hours and commitment.
Majority of your work will be site-based FIFO, DIDO however you may be required in the Perth office at times for report writing, meetings and similar duties.
Laptop, phone provided, along with a company vehicle when needed for attending site.
To be considered a suitable applicant you will require:
Planning and Pre-shut Walk Around & Meetings
Coordinating major outages, critical fixed plant specialised works in Milling, Crushing and Conveying areas




Robust ability to communicate effectively with the clients Management and Maintenance teams to ensure job requirements are met
Accurate report writing including photos and information from onsite works
Knowledge of bearing fitment, laser and gear alignments would be preferred but not essential
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in Coordinating position or equivalent
Australian recognised trade based background, or higher.
Proficient skills/knowledge: Outlook, Word and Excel
Current Drivers Licence
Confined Space and Working at Heights – within 2 years of completion
S26 - Statutory Supervisor
Remuneration for role:
2:2 roster – onsite; Perth office when not onsite
20 days Annual leave paid at 12 hour days
