The OpportunityThis role has been created for someone ready to take ownership of a thriving business.
Following a structured handover, the owner will progressively step back from the day-to-day running of the organisation, giving you the opportunity to take the reins with confidence.
You'll become the key operational leader, responsible for driving business performance, leading both the Sales and Property Management teams, ensuring compliance, enhancing the client experience and supporting the continued growth of the business.
While you'll have significant autonomy, you'll continue to work closely with the owner on strategic initiatives and the long term direction of the organisation.
The RoleReporting directly to the owner, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while holding responsibility as the appointed Licensee.
This is a broad leadership position that combines operational management, compliance, people leadership and commercial performance across multiple business divisions.

mentor and develop department leaders across both Residential Sales and Property Management.
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Coach leaders through performance management, development and succession planning.
Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure business objectives remain on track.
Compliance & Governance Act as the appointed Licensee and oversee all regulatory compliance obligations.
Ensure agency operations meet legislative and industry requirements.
Monitor compliance processes, trust accounting and audit requirements.
Keep the wider team informed of legislative updates and industry best practice.
Operations Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving systems, processes and workflows.
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing performance management.
Ensure departments are operating consistently, efficiently and in line with company expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and business performance.
Business Growth
Work alongside the owner to execute strategic growth initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and hold leaders accountable for achieving business objectives.
Champion an exceptional customer experience across all divisions.
Professionally manage and resolve escalated client matters.
Support the continued growth of the business through strong leadership and commercial decision-making.
