About the opportunity
Our Pathway Support and User Services teams are seeking motivated and driven people with a passion for delivering high quality client service in a dynamic tribunal environment.
In these front‐facing service roles, you will support applicants and other parties to access the Tribunal and its services, and to understand and navigate the review process.
These fulfilling roles involve managing meaningful casework that helps progress cases through the review process to finalisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide case management support across one or more jurisdictions, as required.
Support case analysis and user engagement through various channels.
Provide administrative support to users, staff, and members.
Assist in quality assurance and training activities for continuous improvement.
Communicate with parties, prepare files for case event, manage summons, and finalise cases resolved during the case management phase.
Assist a high volume of daily hearings, providing assistance to members and parties across multiple formats including in‐person, virtual and telephone.
Qualifications / Experience
Tertiary qualifications in a related field or relevant experience in a similar work environment.
Subject‐matter expertise related to one or more of the Tribunal jurisdictions.
Eligibility
Australian Citizenship.
Required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check.

A merit pool may be created to fill similar vacancies within the next 18 months.
