Fraser's Events is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team.
Based in the stunning surrounds of Kings Park, you'll work across a diverse range of events including corporate functions, weddings, gala dinners and premium private celebrations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys producing high-quality food at scale while maintaining exceptional standards.
About the Role
Assist in leading and developing a passionate kitchen team.
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver premium functions and events.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards.
Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organization.
Lead services and support junior chefs during busy periods.
About You




Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with banquets, functions or high-volume service is highly regarded.
Ability to lead by example and maintain calm under pressure.
Passion for fresh produce and quality food.
Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
