About the business The business (ABN **************) is a locally owned real estate agency in Darwin, Northern Territory, servicing Darwin and Palmerston.
They provide real estate sales, rental, property management and client-focused real estate services.
They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support their business growth, property campaigns and digital marketing strategy.
About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies for the agency, including property campaigns, brand promotion, digital content, client communications and market engagement activities.
Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for real estate sales, rental and property management services.




Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns for property listings and agency promotions.
Creating content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures and digital advertising.
Analysing market trends, client demographics and competitor activity in the Darwin and Palmerston property markets.
Managing online property advertising and digital listing presentation.
Supporting brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinating photography, videography, signage and promotional materials for listings.
Monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
Assisting with customer engagement strategies to attract landlords, buyers, sellers and tenants.
Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, professional and consistent with agency branding.
Working with sales, property management and administrative staff to support business development.
Skills and Experience Required Applicants must have:
A bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 2 years of marketing, digital marketing, communications or campaign management experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media and online advertising.




Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and prepare marketing reports.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Experience in real estate, property, professional services or local business marketing will be highly regarded.
Skills in graphic design, photography coordination, CRM systems or website content management will be advantageous.
