VSG's Professional Services Team is delivering a major ICT Organisational Uplift project in which we have been directly invited with Defence to build and uplift their ICT systems and support organisational elements within the Defence and the National Intelligence Community!
We are seeking NV2 and TS PV cleared, ITIL Business Analysts to join our award-winning team in delivering Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability.
This is a multi-year & multi-million-dollar engagement in which Vertical Scope Group are current incumbents and have been delivering for a number of years.
We are seeking professionals nationally to join and be based in Canberra to augment our existing team working within the environment.
About You:
10+ years in ICT / IT Operations, including large-scale transformation leadership Solid expertise in ITSM Proven experience implementing ITSM platforms Experience in establishing and continuously improving contemporary ICT governance in a complex environment Demonstrated change management leadership Experience in government environments, ideally within Defence and/or National Intelligence CommunitiesActive NV2 or TS PV Security ClearanceCanberra basedProficient in business intelligence tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau.
Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures is considered advantageous.

Accountable for investigating business needs, problems and opportunities and recommend effective business processes.Prepare or contribute to business cases which define potential benefits and options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes.Advise stakeholders and colleagues on the choice of techniques, tools and processes required for modelling and analysis activities and tasks.Apply knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques,



modelling and quality assurance techniques to understand and articulate business processes and contribute to business outcomes.Build and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify their needs, reach agreement on the business objectives and gain commitment to achieving results.
