Galvins Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned Western Australian company founded in **** and has grown to be the leading plumbing supplier with 32 branches located throughout Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Victoria!
We are currently looking for a Trade Counter Salespeople to join our company, based out of a number of our North of the River branches, and are always looking for driven and conscientious people to join our ranks.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and take orders in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer customer enquiries and provide clear information about products.
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.
Keep the counter and customer service areas stocked, organised, neat and tidy.
Ensure each customer leaves satisfied with both the product and service received.
The right candidate would have:-
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Product knowledge.
Effective problem-solving skills.
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Confidence using computers and workplace systems.
A polite, friendly and professional manner.
A current C Class licence.
