With solid capability in bulk and detailed earthworks, pavements, drainage, underground services and structural works, the business provides clients with a true multidisciplinary delivery model.
With a robust pipeline of metro civil infrastructure work and a $100M portfolio spanning multiple projects, the group is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the business on an 18‐month fixed‐term maternity leave contract.
Key Requirements:



Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Law.
Proven experience working as a Commercial Manager across multiple infrastructure projects with a combined value of ~$100M.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience overseeing both subcontractor agreements and self‐performed delivery models Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred If this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!
