The Opportunity:
Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver.
This includes:
A friendly and supportive environment
An extensive induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
Training to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
A 12-month training program (mix of classroom and on the job training) to gain a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)
Industry leading pay throughout your training
You will be assigned a buddy throughout the training process to support your development
Location based at our Doncaster East depot which is Kinetic's biggest operational hub for Melbourne's north-east and eastern suburb services.




We're after people with:
Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
A current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum 2 years)
Hold Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
Willingness to have a pre- employment functional, drug and alcohol assessment
Willingness to obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Children Check
Please note those shortlisted must attend an assessment centre from our North Fitzroy depot.
