Communication is key, as you'll work closely with managers, staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of multi-skilled personnel in a secure and cost-effective manner
Day-to-day activities of workshop personnel
Technical support and guidance
Mentoring apprentices and leading by example for all staff




Rebuilds and repairs on a wide range of heavy machinery
Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of large earthmoving and associated equipment
Problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
What we are looking for:
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
Previous experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing workshop environment
Strong safety focus with a working knowledge of WorkSafe regulations
Ability to work autonomously
Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, WAH, Crane, etc
