About the Role:
We are looking for a confident individual to join our team in Perth as an Internal Service Co-Ordinator on a termed basis, located at our Canning Vale office.
This parental leave coverage role will be for an estimated term of 12 months plus handover periods.
The role is key customer interface for our NATA accredited laboratory in Western Australia, and as such is well supported by internal & external sales colleagues, (whom have significant industry experience) as well as via our WIKA Academy on-line training & personal development platform.
Day to day activities are varied & interesting, with a realistic workload - which is shared as necessary during periods of peak demand.
Core elements of the role are:
· Co-ordinating all service division work orders, through scheduling, monitoring status and meeting OTD
· Regularly identify and implement ways to improve client services and administration role
· Co-ordinating reference equipment calibration and managing due dates.
· Liaise with Customers, sales, purchasing, production and other departments to ensure that product/service and on schedule.
· Keep up to date with technical developments, especially those which can save time and improve reliability
· Attend regular meetings with the service team to discuss and monitor workflows deadlines and deliverables
· Work within the Quality Management System (QMS), maintaining and initiating productivity improvements, while ensuring safe work practices are adhered to

Skills and experience
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong computer literacy skills within Microsoft.
Ability to interact proactively with management and employees across all levels of the organisation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with customers
Good Microsoft Word skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ideally but not essential, have a good understanding and experience with in Quality assurance pertaining to *****
Accuracy & attention to detail in relation to sales order entry activities & management of in-house service business
A diligent work ethic, with a focus on ensuring customer needs/timeframes are met
ERP system experience, (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with intermediate MS Office suite skills
A mechanical or electrical engineering qualification, or previous industrial sales experience would be highly regarded
