Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex projects that contribute to strategic organisational outcomes across the Health Support Services and WA Health.
Working collaboratively with Program Managers, Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that achieve agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Project Manager, you will:Deliver outcomes for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality objectives.Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of complex projects.Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues and opportunities, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Work across multiple projects and business areas, applying sound project management practices in a dynamic setting.Support Program Managers and other Project Managers to coordinate, manage and report project progress, dependencies and outcomes.Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational,



technical and executive groups.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project and program delivery capability.
Highly Regarded ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following environments will be highly regarded:Delivery of large-scale, complex projects or statewide transformation programs.Leading projects associated with organisational reform, service transformation or major government initiatives.Experience working within hospitals, Health Service Providers or the broader health sector.Delivery of digital health, Government ICT projects, electronic medical record (EMR), data, analytics, dashboards or enterprise technology initiatives.Experience working within complex program environments with multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies.
