This part-time *****hrs per week Bookkeeper role with Colour Collections' in Frankston, VIC presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to play a key part in the smooth running of the business.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparation of tax requirements.
You will also be required to provide Personal Assistant duties for the Directors.What you'll be doingMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and weekly payrollPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statementsReconciling bank accounts and credit card transactionsMonitoring cash flow and providing recommendations to improve financial performanceAssisting with the preparation of budgets and forecastsEnsuring compliance with all relevant accounting, tax,
