We are seeking skilled operators to join a high-performing mining operation at Brockman 4, working on a production fleet operating **** and **** excavators.

The Role
This position will be focused primarily on: Operating **** and **** production excavators
Safe and efficient loading of haul trucks
Achieving production targets while maintaining high safety standards
Conducting pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks
Working closely with supervisors, dispatch, and other production personnel
Maintaining equipment in accordance with site procedures and reporting requirements
Contributing to a productive and positive team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess: Demonstrated experience operating **** and/or **** excavators in a production mining environment
Robust understanding of safe mining practices and operational procedures




Ability to work effectively across day and night shifts
Current Australian driver's licence
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A reliable work ethic and commitment to achieving production outcomes
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site requirements
