Excavator Operators – FIFO 7:7 WA only Roster Location
L&R; Civil Pty Ltd is an Indigenous-owned civil construction company delivering high-quality earthworks, site development services across Western Australia.
Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, we are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team.
About the Role: We are looking for skilled Excavator operators who can drive Tipper when needed with experience in civil construction, capable of working safely and efficiently across a range of projects.
Must have HR license
Key Responsibilities:
Operation of civil machinery (excavators, Tipper loaders, etc.)
Site preparation, bulk earthworks, and roadworks
Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
Adhering to site safety and environmental requirements




About You:
Proven experience in civil construction projects
Relevant tickets and licences
Robust commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work in regional and remote locations
