About the role
Park Medical Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Victoria Park, WA.
As a full-time Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient community.
What you'll be doing
Providing nursing care and support to patients during consultations, including conducting basic health assessments, administering immunisations and medications, and assisting with minor procedures
Collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and ensure productive workflow
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
Promoting health education and preventive care among patients
Adhering to all relevant clinical and infection control protocols
Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary care setting




Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in the use of medical software and technology
A caring, patient-centric approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
