This role will see you take ownership of a landmark education development, leading site operations from commencement through to successful completion while working alongside an experienced project delivery team.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading all day-to-day site operations on a major education project Managing site teams, subcontractors,



and suppliers to achieve programme milestones Driving a strong safety culture while maintaining the highest quality standards Coordinating construction sequencing, logistics, and short-term programming Building strong relationships with consultants, clients, and key project stakeholders Conducting site meetings, inspections, and subcontractor coordination Identifying construction risks and implementing practical solutions Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful commercial and programme outcomes The Like Mind We are seeking a proven Senior Site Manager who thrives on delivering large, technically challenging commercial projects and enjoys leading high-performing teams.You will bring:
