Experienced Voice Pickers – Casual Role | Full-Time Hours
Are you an experienced voice picker who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment?
Were looking for reliable, physically fit pick packers to join a busy food distribution warehouse.
This is a casual position offering consistent full-time hours, working six days per week.
The role is best suited to candidates who have previously worked in KPI-driven warehouses and are confident using voice-picking technology.
What Youll Be Doing
Voice picking food products using a headset systemPicking and packing customer orders accuratelyManual handling of products up to 15kg throughout the shiftWorking in a freezer environment while following all safety proceduresConsistently meeting daily productivity and accuracy KPIsMaintaining a clean, organised and protected work area
What Were Looking For




Previous voice picking experience (essential)Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentA proven ability to consistently achieve picking KPIsPhysically fit and capable of lifting 15kg repeatedly throughout the dayComfortable working in a freezer environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyReliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeAvailability to work six days per weekFull Australian working rights (no student or working holiday visas)
