Required Personal Attributes:
You must have Customer Service or Sales Consultant experience
You must have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy customer sales environment
Common sense essential
Solid experience of travel destinations in Australia and/or Overseas essential
Strong sales focus essential (customer service & ethical approach)
General life experience highly regarded
Excellent, clearly spoken and written English communication skills
Practical and Quick on the uptake
Highly numerate




Excellent computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent business ethics
Strong attention to detail
Self motivated
Work efficiently without supervision
Good team player essential
You must be able to absorb ongoing training, follow our travel reservation system procedures and to enthusiastically sell our high-value holidays to suit the needs of our valued, high-end clients.
You must be great at multi-tasking and love a busy sales environment.
