We're looking to speak with construction professionals who have experience delivering commercial, industrial, fit-out, refurbishment or multi-residential projects and are considering their next career move.

The Role Depending on the project and builder, your responsibilities may include:
Managing day-to-day construction activities on site Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Driving project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship Managing site safety and WHS requirements Conducting site meetings and toolbox talks Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics Working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators Identifying and resolving construction issues Managing inspections, defects and project handover Building strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll have: Previous experience as a Site Manager or experienced Site Supervisor within Australian construction Experience delivering commercial, industrial, fit-out,



refurbishment or multi-residential projects Strong understanding of construction programmes and sequencing Excellent subcontractor management skills Solid knowledge of WHS and site compliance Confident communication and leadership skills Current White Card Australian driver's licence Relevant building or construction qualifications highly regarded We're interested in speaking with both established Site Managers and experienced Supervisors ready to step into a Site Manager position.
