About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Paralegal to support a Personal Injury Solicitor in a busy and rewarding practice.
You'll work closely with clients, Counsel and third parties while assisting in the day-to-day management of matters from commencement through to resolution.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of personal injury litigation matters.
Maintaining electronic and physical client files.
Managing solicitor diaries and appointments.
Liaising with clients, Counsel, experts and third parties.
Preparing correspondence, court documents and legal briefs.
Assisting with billing and general file administration.
Undertaking legal research and preparing documents as required.
Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
