Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives by identifying business needs, analysing complex problems and recommending innovative, evidence-based solutions.
You will work collaboratively across multiple projects and business areas, you will collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle.Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic and operational business needs.Elicit, analyse, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.Analyse current business processes and develop future-state processes that improve efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery.Facilitate workshops,



interviews and stakeholder consultations to support decision-making and build consensus.Develop high-quality business analysis artefacts including business requirements, process maps, business cases, options analyses and functional specifications.Analyse data and information to support evidence-based recommendations and business decisions.Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Program Managers, technical teams and business representatives to ensure solutions align with business objectives.Support solution design, implementation, business readiness, organisational change, transition planning and perks realisation.Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, methodologies and governance.
