The Role
As a Business Advisory Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients while providing leadership, guidance and support to a team of accounting professionals.




Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of business clients and acting as a trusted advisor Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work Delivering business advisory, taxation and strategic advice Supporting clients with business growth, structuring, tax planning and cashflowmanagement Leading, mentoring and developing team members Reviewing work, providing feedback and fostering professional development Building solid client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value Working closely with senior leadership on complex client matters and advisory engagements About You We're looking for a commercially minded accounting professional who enjoys working with clients, developing people and helping businesses succeed.Ideally, you'll have:
CA or CPA qualification (preferred) Experience within Business Services and/or Business Advisory in public practice Previous experience leading, mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members Strong client relationship management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities A genuine passion for supporting both clients and team members to achieve their goals Most importantly, you'll be looking for a long-term opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact, continue developing as a leader and build your career within a growing advisory-focused practice.Location This role is based in Canberra and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
