About the role:
Seeking an experienced Chef for Mosaic Hotel.
To support the growth and success of our kitchen operations you will have the following:




A minimum of 3 years' experience in an al a carte kitchen working environment All trade and commencement paperwork at the ready Confidence in all kitchen operations including stock management and ordering Strong people leadership culture Flexibility over a 7 day roster Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills Ability to start immediately
