The Opportunity, Where You Come In:
We're seeking a Project Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team in our Leederville Office.
This is a permanent full‐time opportunity offering the chance to work on diverse and interesting projects.
In this role, you will:
Manage end to end accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing;
Administer project/contract administration tasks including project procurement, document control, record management, and reporting;
Provide administrative support to various Project Managers across multiple projects and business units;
Maintain accurate project and financial records, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting;
Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to facilitate efficient project and financial administration;
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of project documentation, proposals, and tender submissions;
Assist with travel, accommodation, and other logistics for site visits and project-related activities;
Support compliance with company management systems, including Quality Assurance, Work Health and Safety and other organisational requirements; and
Provide backup support for general administrative functions and reception duties as required.
What we are looking for:
You'd be a great fit if you bring:
Solid experience in accounts payable/receivable or in bookkeeping/admin roles




A tertiary qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
A firm understanding of accounting policies, including GST
Strong skills and experience using Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work across different teams and be flexible
Ability to take charge of tasks and work independently within a team
Experience in a project accounts/administration role will be highly desirable but not essential
Experience working with Xero/Workflow Max would be viewed favourably
