We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Food & Beverage professionals to bring their high standards, ability and skills to create a perfect dining experience for our valued guests.
Reporting to the F&B; Operations Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
Set up and servicing of functions/restaurant operations
Ensuring that all relevant laws and regulations are upheld (RSA)
Preparing & dispensing of beverages
Having a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items
To ensure that all service stations and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised at all times
Ensure Occupational Safety & Health procedures are followed at all times




To be considered for this role you need to:
Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment
Knowledge of OH&S; and food hygiene standards
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
Inter-personal and communication skills
Impeccable level of self-presentation and grooming
Passion to provide a superior and welcoming customer service experience
Australian National Police Clearance, no more than 3 months old
