As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a diligent and organized Purchasing/Warehouse Officer to join our team.
This pivotal role supports our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our Perth-based warehouse.
The Purchasing/Warehouse Officer will be responsible for managing our purchasing activities and overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, this is a hands on role in the warehouse.
This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all purchasing activities including supplier negotiations, order placement, and tracking deliveries.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods including drilling equipment and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the warehouse is organized according to company standards.




Implement and monitor procurement and storage procedures to optimize inventory control and minimize costs.
Work closely with other departments to ensure supplies and equipment are available as needed for operational requirements.
Manage and resolve any issues related to purchase orders or inventory discrepancies.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in purchasing and warehouse management, ideally within the exploration drilling or related industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
