Driver / Warehouse Storeperson - Full-time | Canberra
We are currently seeking a reliable, physically fit Driver/Warehouse Storeperson to join a leading supplier in the stainless steel and aluminium industry.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working within a steel, aluminium, industrial products, building supplies, or wholesale distribution environment who enjoys a combination of driving, customer service, and warehouse operations.
To be successful, you will have:
Current HR Licence (essential)
Current Forklift Licence (LF) (would be nice)
Experience working with steel, aluminium, building products, industrial supplies, or similar products highly regarded
Ability to safely and regularly lift up to 25kg
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to pass alcohol and drug testing, including hair testing




Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
Key responsibilities include:
Daily deliveries throughout Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Goulburn, Cooma, Wagga Wagga and the South Coast
Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and manual handling techniques
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Receiving and dispatching stock
General warehouse duties and stock control
Providing professional and friendly customer service during deliveries
