What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports
Follow up any maintenance or tenancy issues identified during inspections
Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Liaise with tenants,



landlords and trades in a qualified manner
Coordinate and follow up maintenance requests and work orders
Assist with organising quotes and scheduling repairs
Prepare and send routine inspection notices in line with legislation
Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
Assist with entry and exit inspection administration when required
Support Property Managers with tenant and owner communications
Assist with general administration and portfolio support tasks
Conduct Open Homes

About You:
You must hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential – please only apply if you meet this requirement)
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
