9-month contract with an immediate start $***** - $***** per hour + Super (PAYG) $***** - $***** per hour (ABN) Hybrid working arrangement - minimum 3 days per week in the office Dickson, ACT location Opportunity to work on meaningful government projects Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
Assist with procurement activities in line with government policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement documentation, reports, contracts and project correspondence.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.




Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support contract administration and supplier management.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
About You To be successful, you will have: Experience in project coordination, project support or project administration.
Procurement and/or contract management experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
