The RoleWe are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer‐focused Service Advisor/Administrator to join our Pinnaroo team.
This is a key administration role responsible for documenting workshop service and repair activities while providing clear communication and support to both customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming service enquiries and greet customers.
Assist the Service Manager schedule service bookings.
Prepare job cards, purchase orders, invoices and maintain accurate service records.
Communicate repair progress, timeframes, and update customers.
Liaise with technicians to obtain accurate maintenance and repair description information.
Prepare warranty claims and associated service documentation.




Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
About You
Experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administration, or similar role (preferred).
Knowledge of agricultural and/or mechanical repairs (highly regarded).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Well‐organised with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
Confident with computer systems and administrative tasks.
