About the RoleThis is a hybrid clinical + leadership role,
where you will:
Support and guide a small team of clinicians
Provide supervision and mentoring
Assist with complex cases and clinical reasoning
Review reports and contribute to quality improvement
You'll maintain a reduced caseload so you can stay clinically engaged while building leadership capability.

What We're Looking For✔ AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist✔ 3+ years experience (NDIS, Aged Care, Rehab or similar)✔ Strong clinical reasoning and report writing✔ Naturally supports and mentors others✔ Ready to step into leadership
