# Surf Shop Manager – Exmouth Surf Centre**Full Time Hours | Exmouth, WA**Exmouth Surf Centre is on the hunt for our next Surf Shop Manager – someone who's ready to bring energy, ideas, and genuine drive to a business that's part of the fabric of life on the Ningaloo Coast.We're not after someone who just wants a job.
We want a team member who wants to passionately be involved in our industry – who sees ways to improve how we do things, who's motivated to get stuck in, and who takes pride in doing the job well.
**What we're looking for:**- A genuine passion for surfing with a good knowledge of all things surf equipment.
- An interest in the outdoors more broadly – snorkelling, watersports, exploring the Ningaloo region- Self-motivation and drive – someone who spots what could be better and takes initiative- A team-first attitude and strong customer service instincts- Previous retail, hire, or watersports industry experience is an advantage, but not essential – attitude counts for a lot with us**What you'll be doing:**- Running the day-to-day floor of the shop – sales, hire,



and customer service- Helping manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation- Sharing genuine product knowledge with customers, from wetsuits to surfboards to snorkel gear- Bringing ideas to the table and helping us keep improving as a business- Being a proud face of Exmouth Surf Centre in the local communityIf you love the ocean, love this part of the world, and want to be part of a small, passionate team that genuinely cares about doing things right – we'd love to hear from you.This is a year-round position — not suited to seasonal workers.
Preference will be given to candidates already based in Exmouth.
