Dental Assistant – Creswick VICCreswick Dental Centre is a small, established private dental clinic in Creswick, near Ballarat and Clunes.
We are looking for a reliable Dental Assistant to join our team.This is mainly a chairside assisting and sterilisation role, with occasional reception/admin support when needed.Experience is preferred, but we will also consider the right developing applicant if you are reliable, practical, quick to learn, and genuinely interested in dentistry long-term.About the roleThe role includes:Chairside assisting during dental proceduresSterilisation and instrument processingInfection control routinesRoom set-up and turnoverSupporting patients before, during and after appointmentsHelping the clinic day run smoothlyOccasional phone, booking and reception supportWho we are looking forYou will suit this role if you are:Reliable and punctualCalm and polite with patientsNeat, organised and practicalComfortable in a clinical environmentAble to follow infection-control routines carefullyWilling to learn and take directionInterested in a long-term roleExperienced Dental Assistants should be comfortable with chairside assisting, steri workflow and room turnover.If you are still developing, you will need to show robust reliability, good communication, a willingness to learn,



and a genuine interest in dental assisting.Hours and payFull-time or part-time may be considered for the right person.Pay is based on experience.
Above-award rates may be considered for experienced Dental Assistants.Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a paid trial shift.LocationThe clinic is located in Creswick, near Ballarat and Clunes.
