The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Digital Operations Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary Operations team
Lead the planning, delivery, and lifecycle management of critical assets and end-of-life replacement programs
Provide authoritative operational and strategic advice to executives, senior managers, and stakeholders on risks
Manage budgets, resources, and workforce allocation to balance business-as-usual service delivery with major digital transformation projects
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in any related field is highly desirable
This position may incur overtime or extended hours beyond standard business hours
This position may be required to participate in on-call arrangements
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

The Digital Health and Innovation (DHI)



division has been established to drive significant service improvements and digital transformation opportunities, in alignment with the strategic objectives outlined in the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services (GCHHS) Strategic Plan **** (G28).
DHI is responsible for enhancing efficiency and service delivery improvements to optimise Health Service performance.
It also oversees strategic partnerships that help the Health Service implement alternative models of service delivery, ensuring value for money, and driving improvements in performance, and innovation.
