About The Role
Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough.
Fair Haven is an 85‐bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care supported by a compassionate team.
In this role, you'll care for residents with professionalism and heart, knowing the comfort you provide truly matters.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be a valued member of our close‐knit team, delivering high‐quality clinical care in a warm and supportive environment.
You'll be supported by an on‐site Care Coordinator and a Facility Manager with solid clinical expertise, ensuring guidance and leadership are always available.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Administering medications and updating care plansConducting baseline and focused assessmentsLeading and mentoring team members (including night shifts)Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‐quality care
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansPrevious aged care experience is desirableCurrent First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CardHold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
