Overview
We're seeking a friendly and productive Customer Service / Pharmacy Admin Support team member to support patients and customers with inquiries, phone orders, and guidance on using our website and mobile app
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries via phone in a professional and empathetic manner
Take and process dispensary pharmacy orders over the phone
Guide patients on how to use our website and mobile app (navigation, ordering steps, account access, etc.)




Look up information while speaking to customers to provide accurate responses quickly
Support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as required
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Ability to be able to stay composed and reassure customers
Ability to communicate clearly with customers while using systems to look up information simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office with deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and reliability
Must be familiar with the use of a computer (you will be trained on the in-house programs)Must be able to use a double-screen setup.
Position located in Molendinar and will be full-time, 8 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
