Magic Cottage Childcare Centre Geraldton is seeking passionate Educators to join our team.
This is a full-time position located in Geraldton, WA.
As an Experienced Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children within our service.
What you'll be doing
Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support children's development across all areas
Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive workplace for all children in your care
Observe and document children's progress, using this to guide your teaching practice
Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and success of the centre
Comply with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), be currently working towards one, or be willing to commence studying a Certificate III.

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to cater for individual needs




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Current Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
