THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator to join our team at our Geraldton Workshop.
The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day running of our fabrication workshop.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day-to-day operations.
Coordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
Ensure correct supplies are ordered for each job.
Assist with project management, materials purchasing and quality checks.
Coordinate inwards goods, checking quantities and dispatching goods.
Working with the Superintendent to ensure we are responding to client's requests and providing a high level of service.
Coordinate and mentor our successful Apprentice Program.




Promote Health and Safety culture within the business.
About You
Local to Geraldton areas and surrounds or relocating.
Previous experience in a similar Supervision role in a Fabrication workshop environment.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Highly driven and organised individual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer and data base skills including MS Office Suite
A team player with a willingness to jump in and support the team where needed.
