This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary between $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Plan and develop seasonal and daily menus in consultation with management and kitchen team.Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency, flavour, and high standards.Estimate food and staffing costs, manage ordering and inventory to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.Guide and train kitchen staff, demonstrate advanced techniques,
